Meet Evelyn Summerville

Drawing on a rich 25-year career as a corporate and nonprofit leader, Evelyn is dedicated to helping executives, leaders and teams define their potential and build vibrant cultures that prioritize well-being, belonging, engagement and a sense of fun.

Evelyn’s experience spans from facilitating cross-functional quality improvement teams to managing workgroups, projects and department budgets up to $2.2 million. A visionary and change-agent, Evelyn elevated her team of corporate librarians into a high-performing marketing research and analysis organization supporting executive decision-makers worldwide. She also led a nonprofit leadership team through extensive visioning, strategic planning and fundraising initiatives restoring the organization’s foundation for relevant programming and community impact.   

Since 2015, Evelyn has coached individuals and teams to break old paradigms and define their authentic way forward. She is best known for helping clients honor their purpose, values, strengths and priorities daily. Her expertise includes clarifying vision, mission and values, having courageous conversations, navigating transitions, leading with influence, making sound decisions and improving time management.

Evelyn is trained and certified in industry leading coaching principles including Maxwell Leadership, Co-Active Coaching, Organization and Relationship Systems, Emotional Intelligence, Positive Intelligence and Vision Framing.  She holds the prestigious Distinguished Toastmaster recognition and is a 2024 By Faith Magazine Outstanding Laity Honoree. Evelyn is a graduate of Michigan State University.
